Mr. Saumyadripta Chaudhuri

Monitoring Evaluation Learning & Research Specialist
Mr. Saumya is a hard-core researcher with specialized training in Research Methodology fromIndian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar. Saumya has completed his Post graduate diplomain Health Economics, Healthcare Financing and Policy from Indian Institute of Public Health-Delhi, (PHFI). As an experienced M&E expert wherein he has provided technical support tovarious development partners including WHO for on ground implementation of QualityImprovement and Quality Assurance (QA) processes for clinical and para-clinical areas in thePHCs.

Ms. Anita Chougule
Project Coordinator
Working for more than 12 years Anita brings in an expertise of mobilizing the communities and in creating a voice that reaches the civil society and governments. While her core experience is in the field of maternal and child health, family development, and mental health, she has achieved excellence in working with the elderly and their families, especially in sensitizing the youths on the challenges faced by their grand-parents. She is an asset to the world of elderly and ‘Healthy Ageing’

Archana Pawar
Community Officer
Archana, having completed her High-School got into marketing jobs and developed excellent
communications skills. She has innate skill of creating an environment of enthusiasm and joy and this
works the best when she works with elderly people. Archana is excellent with home visits, conducting home-health-check-ups and also connecting the elderly with the doctors and specialists and ensures immediate consultations as well as counselling. She is an excellent trainer and communicator.

Mr. Partha Roy
MA – Social Work
Program Advisor
Passionate about health systems strengthening and implementing path-breaking programs on RMNCAH, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Nutrition and community development, Mr. Roy brings in expertise both in field roll-out, management and implementation of large-scale projects. He possesses skill-set of training field level professionals and field-based monitoring and supervision in both rural and urban health domains. His core experience of more than 20years has made him an expert and a mentor.

Ms. Anupama Kadam
Community Officer
Anupama, having trained in Montessori teaching, has worked largely with varied education
programs in different organizations. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of
people and hence started working as a volunteer with ‘Healthy Ageing’ initiative. On the one hand
she is energetic and vocal, and on the other a very calm and wonderful communicator when she
talks to the elderly and their families. She comes across as a great counsellor on mental well-being.

Mr. Roshan Patil
Intern - Documentation
Roshan, a fresh graduate in psychology, brings in excellent writing and documentation skills. As an Intern for documentation, he constantly visits the field, interacts with the staff, captures stories, feedback and data from all and converts them into documents for both advocacy and dissemination. As a computer wizard, he is most sought after by the team, both for addressing their technology related challenges and putting together stories and reports in the best possible form. Roshan possesses excellent counselling skills and hence connects with people instantly.
